Hi there ckwarr not sure if you will read this or not, but I tried clicking on your username, and it wouldn't let me see your profile to be able to send you a message. I finally heard from the mother, and she said the dress is from Costco, and the brand is Jona Michelle. Hope that helps! The only problem is this photo is a few years old.
